About the Event
At a time where things can feel pressured with impending festivities, it
can be difficult to take time for yourself.
Maybe you’re putting all your energy into preparing to make special times for family and friends.
Maybe you’re worried that you can’t do it all. This is a class to take care of you, enjoy a peaceful practice where we focus on travelling inwards to be unaffected by seasonal stress. (Ahimsa – taking time foryourself enables you to make time for others).
