Time & Location
About the Event
Yoga & Co.'s 200 hours Yoga Teacher Training Program reopens in person.
In continued efforts to support Yoga & Co's trainees and future trainees and the broader yoga community, I developed a new program to start the 200 hours of Yoga Teacher Training in June 2021. The reopening of face-to-face weekly sessions will start on the 11th of June 2021 in the heart of Nottingham.
WHO IS THIS COURSE FOR?
Seeking to deepen your knowledge about Yoga and learning to support the wellbeing and spiritual growth of students in both one-on-one and group settings. Yoga & Co program does not require to have long experience, but a genuine passion for this discipline is a must. A healthier, happier, and better-quality lifestyle awaits you. How I have redesigned the training I wanted to make the training course as soon as possible accessible to people who want to train in a class setting, and they were waiting for the yoga classes to reopen in person. I want a training course that enables you to establish new healthy habits, to embrace a yogic lifestyle, now more than ever.
- Every Friday from 10 am. to 2 pm. YTT Practice session, Teaching Methodology, Practicum, Professional Development, Chakras.
- 20 hours of Yoga & Co.'s recorded lectures to dive into Yoga Philosophy, Sutra, Bhagavad Gita. Ayurveda wisdom for yoga classes and themes & Health. These topics will be also discussed in class.
- 10 hours different classes attendance. Attend & observe your favorite classes online or in person, find your style of teaching
- 20 hours of Yoga Anatomy online, create a solid foundation. This course by Leslie Kaminoff is so informative and truly amazing.
In order to discuss this new opportunity and answer all your questions, but also to get to know each other, I have scheduled a Zoom meeting Tuesday the 30th of March at 7 pm. Please if you have questions about the training, send me an email to email@example.com, I create a FAQs list and answer to all of you during the meeting. I would still like the group to be small and no more than 8 people. At the moment I still have 5 places available.
