This week cultivate your practice in your daily life

  • 10-11 am Asana yoga practice, pick your Niyama and embody it on the mat
  • 11.15-12.15 Group circle time with yoga teacher trainees sharing with you "how they would guide students to practice Yoga Ethics on and off the mat"

What to bring

  • Comfortable warm clothes and a blanket
  • Yoga Mat
  • Note pad and a pen

I often refer to yoga practices as a well-being toolbox. I am so passionate to give away techniques the students can integrate into their lives. Definitely, the Yoga Ethics are amazing ancient teachings, still incredibly valuable to navigate the challenges of life.
