- 10-11 am Asana yoga practice, pick your Niyama and embody it on the mat
- 11.15-12.15 Group circle time with yoga teacher trainees sharing with you "how they would guide students to practice Yoga Ethics on and off the mat"
What to bring
- Comfortable warm clothes and a blanket
- Yoga Mat
- Note pad and a pen
I often refer to yoga practices as a well-being toolbox. I am so passionate to give away techniques the students can integrate into their lives. Definitely, the Yoga Ethics are amazing ancient teachings, still incredibly valuable to navigate the challenges of life.
Venue Holy Spirit Victoria Rd, West Bridgford, Nottingham NG2 7NT The cost of this 2 hours class is £16, to enhance the learning outcome of the training and maintain social distance, each Friday spaces are limited to 6 students. Class suitable for all levels of experience and abilities.
