There is always pressure in society to change ourselves in the New year. What if this year we say that we love ourselves more? You will enter this year in a positive way, nourishing the mind and body with thoughts and movement to support you.
The yoga class is led by Jessica Cooper, her sessions are always driven by a genuine passion for yoga, kindness and compassion towards students, for her final guided relaxation she uses creative self-written scripts that evocate incredible images that guide you in the realm of your mind effortlessly.
The session is followed by a delicious Lunch basket provided by SweetVibes.
