Learn to practice forward bend in a way that enhances deep calmness within.
This Asana is a gift to withdraw into the inner mystery and dynamic of our lives.
It leads to self-reflection and can be deeply nurturing and nourishing.
The class starts with Sun salutation and Dancing Warrior warm-up to prepare to explore Anjaneyasana and Padahastasana practiced in a more informative way.
After counterpose and cooling phase we seal the class with a formal Restoring Prana practice with Subtle Breathing and Comfortable Pause to revitalize and rejuvenate every cell of the body.
Please arrive 10 minutes earlier the class starts at 10 am o'clock.
