10 am - 1 pm CE Training Day - To break down or to break open , Bhujangasana - Education Category 2 hours Techniques, Training, & Practice (TTP), 1 hour Professional essentials

1 - 1.30 pm Lunch break

1.30 – 3.00 pm Yamas and Niyamas workshop - Overview, group discussion, create themes for your classes and guided intentions - Education Category 1.30 hour Yoga Humanities

3.00 – 5.00 pm Stages of breath, ratios, traditional counting and my favourite Pranayama for Anxiety. - Education Category 1 hour Techniques, Training, & Practice (TTP), 1 hour Professional essentials

Yoga & Co is an International Yoga Alliance registered School and Continue Education Provider. The YACEP designation is designed for experts in the yoga community to set themselves apart and teach courses that qualify as Continuing education hours for RYTs. In order to continue learning and growing as a teacher, all Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT®s) must complete 45 hours of Continuing Education every three years.
