CE Training Day - Warriors, Bhagavad Gita 2nd part, Balasana and Apanasana, revise principle of Meditation practice
Practice and revise different alignments, benefits and subtle actions of all the Warriors. Learning the story of Vīrabhadra the destroyer. Stories transcend one's current environment and enable the learning experience, the message of the Gita and straight into its practice with Meditation.

12.30 – 1 Lunch break
1.00- 3.00 Bhagavad Gita Part II, Education Category 2 hours Yoga Philosophy, Lifestyle, & Ethics (YPLE)
3.15 – 4.15 Balasana and Apanasana Education Category 1 hour Teaching Methodology (TM)
4.15 – 5.00 Revise principles of Meditation and practice Education Category 45 minutes Techniques, Training, & Practice (TTP)
The reading and discussion about the Bhagavad Gita start from chapter 6th. If you missed the 1st part of the lecture please ask a recorded REPLAY is available for £15. This training is not suitable for total beginners, is designed for trainees, qualified teachers and passionate intermediate students. A copy of the book is also highly recommended.
