10 – 12.30 Valentina leads Asana practice with focus on creating lines of energy in Vrksasana, Trikonasana, and Ardha Chandrasana. Teaching Methodolohy session - Education Category 90 minutes Techniques, Training, & Practice (TTP), 1 hour Professional essentials

12.30 – 1 Lunch break

1.00 – 2.00 Revise how to cue, essentials for any Asana - Education Category 1 hour Professional essentials

2.00 – 3.00 Practice teaching & giving receiving feedback - Education Category 1 hour Professional essentials

3.00 – 4.00 What is relaxation, relaxation Asanas, we will revise 3 types of tensions  - Education Category 1 hour Professional essentials

4.00 – 5.00 Naukasana, Savasana Education Category 30 minutes Techniques, Training, & Practice (TTP), 30 minutes Professional essentials

Savasana Assignment Education Category 1 hour Professional essentials

This training is not suitable for total beginners, is designed for trainees, qualified teachers and passionate intermediate students.
