2.30 – 3.30 Practice Teaching Surya Namaskar - Education Category 1 hour Professional essentials

Short Break

3.45 – 5.00 Removal mental problems and Meditation - Education Category 1.15 hour Professional essentials

This training is not suitable for total beginners, is designed for trainees, qualified teachers and passionate intermediate students. 

A copy of Patanjali Yoga Sutra is highly recommened for this session.
